KITTENS Cast

"I am a parent volunteer at my son's elementary school. They lost their theater arts teacher at the beginning of the school year. The kids who were in the theater club were devastated. I hated seeing the kids lose such a important program. So, I asked the school if I could, on my own time and with my own money, produce a play for the students. They gave me the green light and started writing KITTENS. I have 8 wonderful kids in our little club who love to sing, dance and act. I wanted to do something special and show them that it's not the size of the cast that matters. It's the heart of each actor/actress. With the help of Jacob and Sherry from Custom Ink I was able to get these shirts for the kids. The look on their faces when I came to the school and they opened the box was priceless. They were in complete shock. No one has done this for such a small club in this school before, especially for the theater kids. If our play is a success (opening night is in April 2020) and I am able to continue being a volunteer, I will definitely be using Custom Ink for future productions.
