"The whole team is so glad that we got these t-shirts, not just because they look awesome, but because they helped us get 1st place in a Vex robotics competition. Our t-shirts are so vibrantly orange that a top 6 team chose us to be in their alliance. We were in the semifinals and the finals, and, we won! We love Customink! Now we have the opportunity to go to Orlando, Florida for the Vex Robotics World Championship! " - Tyrannosaurus Vex Robotics Team (Jan 17, 2011)

You can't see a close-up of the shirts in this picture (because we wanted to get all the grinning kids in with their robot), but the image on the front is a robot chassis with a tyrannosaurus head, because our Vex robotics team is called "Tyrannosaurus Vex." One of the kids on the team designed the image in Photoshop. It looks amazing and CustomInk.com did a great job printing it, so that all the detail really shows. And the kids' choice of blaze orange was truly brilliant, as it got them noticed and led to their being selected for the semi-finals!

Kicking some bots .good one!!!Parenting never ends does it? Yesterday my son called me from Fargo cdolun't find his cell phone and was pretty sure he left it in the extra car parked here at the Bluff. I found it in the snow by the drivers' side and called him and told him it was shrieking like a siren and screaming HELP ME (joke) but I offered to drive to Fargo and bring it home .he protested but I reminded him of allt he times he has rescued me from dead batteries and locked in the car-keys. He asked Who is your favorite son? when rescuing me so I asked him Who is your favorite Mother when I wilingly and happily brought his phone back. I needed some dog time anyway with Rocky and the foster dog Teddy who is so homely he is darling (cross pug and chihuahah with a ut-jaw!!!! He is such a darling little lap sitter; I got my dog time and played tug of war with Rocky the big black lab. (we growl at each other and go nose to nose)Enjoy tomorrow's snow day I do not plan to budge from my recliner or couch all day!
