Roxann's Angels

"Our family walked in memory of my sister, Roxann, who courageously battled Lupus from the age of 8 years old until she passed away at the age of 37 in 2011 . The Lupus 5K Walk for a Cure was held in Houston, TX. I live in a small town and we do not have a t-shirt design store. I would have to drive 28 miles one-way to the nearest place. Another member of our team was supposed to have the t-shirts designed and made in Houston. For whatever reason, it didn't happen. Thankfully, I had seen CustomInk's commercial on t.v. and decided to give it a try. It was a very easy process. I made a design using my smart phone, edited that design and made two more on my tablet. The final design I made was done on a laptop. It was so easy to make a design on each of the devices. I called CustomInk to get a quote because it was only a few days until the walk so I needed to use the "Super Rush" option. The customer representative was very helpful and gave me a quote very quickly for the amount of shirts I was wanting to order. I told him I would call back to make the order after telling everyone the price of each shirt and getting a definite final count on who wanted one. I called back later that night. Jen answered the phone and had the design, shirt sizes, and amount of t-shirts I was quoted for earlier without having to give her any of my information . I informed her I would be ordering more than what I stated earlier. I believe she triple-checked the sizes I was now ordering. We went over the design and made notes of my concerns. She reassured me the design artists would take care of it and I would get an email to approve the design before they would start printing. She asked me to check my email in the morning so I could check the design proof, since it was a super rush order. She also asked if I would be okay with receiving a text in case the design artist needed to get a hold of me ASAP. Jen was great. I received the proof that same night. The design and ordering process was super easy. Best of all, I ordered more shirts than originally thought and the price per shirt dropped a considerable amount. Everyone on our team thought the shirts were awesome. People at the walk were asking us where we had our shirts made. My husband said we should have been carrying a CustomInk banner too because we were asked so many times about our t-shirts. I will definately be ordering more t-shirts from CustomInk. My husband wants to design a shirt for his police department and SWAT team now. I am going to order t-shirts for my daughters and their teams who are members of the Special Olympics bowling and track and field teams in our town. Thank you very much CustomInk.
