My 9 month old granddaughter Katelynn was born with Down Syndrome and she has become our SUNSHINE, no matter how hard the day has been she will light it up, so we united friends and family to celebrate her. "Our fall "Mom & Me" leader/daughter Girl Scout camporee at Camp Katoya in CT. So often Girl Scout troop leaders do not get to spend a lot of one-on-one time with their own daughter, so this event is for just them, our way to say thanks! "This picture was taken during the Oktoberfest parade in LaCrosse WI. The parade is held on Sept. 24th and attending has been a fa,ily tradition for 40 years.
