"The Stevenson University Softball team hosted a Strike Out Cancer game in which all proceeds raised were donated to Susan G Komen, a non-profit organization which creates awareness for breast cancer and uses funds in support of breast cancer research. We had a 7 year breast cancer survivor kick off the event by throwing out the game's first pitch -while wearing a matching Custom Ink shirt! Thanks Custom Ink for our awesome pink shirts! We love them! "

Team Cheri! T-Shirt Photo

"This photo was taken at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Tyler, Tx. I got the family together to buy T-shirts for Cheri, my cousin (who is a recent breast cancer survivor) and we surprised her at the race. My experience with CustomInk was fabulous. I was told my shirts would come in by May 5th, They were at my door by May 1st. I got them early! Not only did I get them early, but we had an issue with the design at first so they came up with a better idea! Thanks CustomInk! "

Guest Bartending Event hosted by Young Survivors by Rachel, Jeannine, Jackie & Maureen - 3 months ago

Guest Bartending Event Hosted By Young Survivors T-Shirt Photo

"This photo is from a guest bartending happy hour event we held at a local Irish pub in Downtown Philly named Fado! For an hour we raised tips to help fund our new young survivor initiative, in which we have partnered with Susan G. Komen to create called "The Big Pink Footprint". The Philadelphia affiliate is currently the only affiliate in the country to have this initiative, which focuses on the unique needs of breast cancer survivors who were diagnosed between the ages of 20-40. Our goal is to turn this into a national presence, so we work hard and want everything we do to make an impact! With each of us being young survivors, we ordered these incredible tank tops from Customink, who helped us customize each tank to display our individual ages at diagnosis. Knowing that happy hours in the city can get pretty packed and noisy, we wanted to wear something that would make an impact, and what would be better than revealing to the patrons of the pub something they can truly relate to - - - our age!! It was a truly inspiring event and we ended up raising over $500 in only one hour! In addition, we received so much amazing feedback from those who saw our ages and were inspired to stay aware! We plan on doing many many more of these types of events, which is why I am so thankful that we also ordered these in light pink and black! Customink made the entire experience an absolute breeze: from being able to customize these tanks on our own so that we knew exactly what to expect, to working with the absolute best customer service we have ever worked with, every part of the process was made to be easy and enjoyable. The crew at Customink even helped us put a rush on the order, despite the custom detail, so that we would have them in time for the event!! They kept in constant contact and informed us of every possible way we could make these tank tops amazing - and as you can see they turned out to be just that!"

When last minute members joined the team, custom ink was so accommodating in setting up a small order of more tees. The t shirts held up well during the 5k and will be a great souvenir to remember such an important cause to our family. "

"We used Custom Ink to design our sweatshirts for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer walk this past Sunday, May 11. It was also Mother's Day, and a beautiful sunny day in Chicago. Working with Custom Ink was seamless. Not only were the sweatshirts reviewed and modified by a Custom Ink design artist, they also donated to our cause. The sweatshirts were a huge hit during the race and tons of compliments were received."

SUSAN G. KOMEN 3 DAY WALK-SAN DIEGO by TEAM G-MONEY FIGHTS BREAST CANCER!!! - 8 months ago

Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk San Diego T-Shirt Photo

"I am happy to say that our small team of eight was able to make it into the TOP TEN teams in all of San Diego for fundraising! In fact, we were actually number NINE with an amazing total of $51,186.00! From all the major cities in which this walk is done, San Diego came up with the largest amount of overall donations at 6.1 Million Dollars!!! I wanted to take the time to share with you how moving and wonderful of an experience this was for me. I can honestly say that I felt encouraged by the outpouring of support from complete strangers both walkers and community alike. I felt as though the pain, the muscle soreness, the blisters and the agony of pushing yourself that next mile was only a taste of what the survivors have experienced during their diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Our team had two such survivors who did an incredible job! I am so proud to have walked with them. CustomInk was SO patient and easy to work with. Trying to find shirts that worked for every body type on our team was a challenge, but the CustomInk representatives that worked with us were awesome! They never gave up on us! Our shirts were amazing and got so many compliments during the 3 day walk! Next year we will definitely be using CustomInk again! "
