AIChE IIT Volunteers at AIChE 5th Midwest Regional Conference by AIChE IIT - about 1 year ago
"This is a snapshot of part of the 60-member student volunteer team for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) 5th Midwest Regional Conference held at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) on January 31 and February 1. This conference hosted many technical presentations for professionals in the field of chemical engineering, and it also included a High School Outreach Program for students in the Chicagoland area. The IIT student chapter of AIChE had the pleasure of working with CustomInk to design these shirts, which were shipped to us in less than a week at a great price. CustomInk provided superb customer service and AIChE-IIT hopes to work with them again in future events!"
RAIN-Uganda benefit volunteers by Liz Feldman - about 1 year ago
"RAIN-UGANDA (Responding to AIDS and Intervening for the Needy) is an African nonprofit providing HIV testing and cervical cancer screening for rural villagers in eastern Uganda. In the past, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago funded these efforts, but discontinued funding this year. So a group of volunteers (above) organized a Benefit for Uganda, which included brunch, live music, a documentary about a Ugandan fair trade coffee coop, and a yoga class, all held at Lighthouse Yoga studio in Evanston. 100% of funds raised on that day go directly to RAIN-UGANDA! All Benefit volunteers wore lovely RAIN-Uganda t-shirts modelled after one worn by Dr. Samson Wamani in Uganda"
Team Bonding: Santa Clara Community Action Program 2013 by SCCAP - about 1 year ago
"The Santa Clara Community Action Program is dedicated to providing volunteer opportunities to students on campus. This is a picture of the SCCAP staff and the 2013 Winter retreat in northern California. We had a fantastic weekend gearing up for the start of the Winter quarter and wrapped up our incredible weekend with new sweatshirts to sport around campus. CustomInk was very efficient in helping us create these new SCCAP sweatshirts. We will definitely be working more with them in the future!"
Girl power! by Sophie - about 1 year ago
"The Sato Project is a dog rescue group, fighting for the dogs of Puerto Rico, so they don't have to. A group of volunteers of The Sato Project showcased our brand new volunteer t-shirts at an important event. That day, we met with the new mayor of Yabucoa during his inauguration, where the infamous Dead Dog Beach is located and where we rescue abandoned and abused dogs every day. He promised us he would support our efforts and catch someone dumping a dog on the beach, fine them and prosecute them. That would be a first in the history of the town! Our t-shirts really made our team shine and we caught everyone's attention with them. The whole team is very excited by these new t-shirts and all our supporters want to order some. The CustomInk team was awesome, very helpful during the ordering process. We will definitively be back for more, and we are working on a series of limited editions of t-shirts we will sell to fundraise for The Sato Project. Thanks for making our mission a little bit easier! CustomInk T-shirts will definitively help us save more lives."
Alpha Omega GOHI Project by AO GOHI - over 1 year ago
"Over 50 volunteers from the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity enthusiastically participated in the Phoenix Salvation Army Christmas Dinner Program on December 25, 2012. The day brought together many local community volunteers to serve meals to over 4,500 people. Each December, Alpha Omega holds an annual convention for its members and families. This year, Scottsdale, Arizona was chosen location, affording Alpha Omega members the opportunity to serve the community as volunteers, helping to prepare and serve Christmas dinner. AO's participation in the Phoenix Salvation Army Christmas Dinner Program was spurred by its ongoing effort to promote its Global Oral Health Initiative (GOHI). GOHI encourages AO members and their families to help heal the world through volunteering in local communities. Alpha Omega's Global Oral Health Initiative is the umbrella program under which all Alpha Omega philanthropic activity falls. It is composed of many parts which include fundraising by AO foundations and trusts, global outreach to third world nations, the enhancement of dental education and research by supporting institutions of higher learning, the fostering of volunteerism consistent with the values of Tikun Olam (healing the world), and the promotion of health as a means for establishing diplomatic partnerships and encouraging peace. For further information on these activities, please contact Heidi Weber, Executive Director, at 301-738-6400. I received a Custom Ink catalog in the mail and immediately liked the logo. I liked the product offerings and website. Very easy to order. "
Honeward Bound & San Antonio Great Dane Rescue hard at work & cuddling finding these homeless pets a forever home@! by Lets find homes for these doggies!!! - over 1 year ago
"We park ourselves and about 40 dogs & puppies that have come from surrounding kill shelters - every Saturday at a local Petsmart (rain or shine) to try and find these guys a lot better homes than they previously had! We have grown from 2 volunteers to about 20 and needed some more professional looking attire!! I happened upon CustomInk's site and we placed our first order (see the navy blue sweatshirt) and then placed a second repeat order (lighter blue)! Everyone prefers the lighter color - shows less dog hair - what can I say.... the dog hair comes with the territory! This is us on Jan 5th 2013! A beautiful sunshine south Texas say to show off our new shirts and find homes for the dogs!"

More for the Poor <3 by The GBAC Service Org. - over 1 year ago
"This photo was taken in my organization's first food distribution trip in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A handful of dedicated and faithful volunteers gave out dry foods in a poorer neighborhood where people are in dire need of whatever help they can get. Customink helped give our group an identity with our beautifully printed shirts, and our volunteers love them."
Farm Field Days Farmtastic Ink! by Laurie - over 1 year ago
"Custom Ink was really helpful in working with us to get our shirts in different colors (lime for staff, cherry for volunteers). Farm Field Days has over 1550 fourth grade students in two days, so we needed our 5 staff and 100 volunteers to be visible in the crowd! Here you can see the staff relaxing after a hard but awesome event and two of our 50 high school student volunteers peer teaching, showing the little ones how to recycle paper!"
