"The event was for my son who died at birth. The run took place on Sept 7th in Green Bay, WI. We had a great turnout of 150 participants.After I designed my shirt online, the customer service rep gave me a few ideas and I loved his suggestions. We went with his idea. I also love how personal the customer service reps were on the phone. They sent me an email to confirm my design and purchase and also sent me a text to ensure my I checked my email to have my order completed and delivered on time. It has been a really long time since I have recieved such great customer service!! I will be using you in the future for all my shirts and designs and have referred you to a lot of people already.
The shirts were for a Memorial run for our son who died. It is hard planning such an event, but your team helped make the shirts and order process seemless. THANK YOU!
suggestions: The quality of the shirts exceed my expecations. The image I uploaded you were able to zoom in and make the image "pop" on the shirt. The sizes of the shirt were a little larger than normal, but the overall shirt quality both material of shirt and printing was amazing.
