About this campaign

Great Strides is one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s largest annual fundraisers. We are excited to participate in the North Dallas chapter’s walk this year as Team Action for Jackson and to help raise money to go toward curing cystic fibrosis! Proceeds from T-shirt purchases will go directly to do the CF Foundation’s ongoing research efforts to help CF stand for Cure Found!
