Parent and Family Weekend is an opportunity for parents to experience a day in the life of a Howard Student. Through the Office of the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, the HUPAC board and parent volunteers partners with the Division of Student Affairs, Academic Deans and the Office of the Provost to plan a full day of events and activities for parents and families to engage with other parents and families, learn more about campus offerings, organizations and offices and experience a taste of campus life. The weekend includes activities like campus tours, information sessions, sporting events, visiting museums and even attending a fine art or a History of Howard class or two. Purchasing a shirt helps the HUPAC team offset costs associated with our parent and family events and activities during the weekend.
