Very important and worthwhile campaign!
Vaquita are lovable, endearing, shy creatures that need help. Gillnets are the threat and disposing of them is the solution. It is that simple.
The small bit of ocean that the Vaquita live in can easily be protected if we try ...and losing a species forever is merely a negligent act of man.
I think saving a beautiful animal that has been on this earth for 350 million years is just the right thing to do.
If people know about the plight of the Vaquita, we know we can stop their extinction.
We CAN save this species simply by removing all gillnets in Vaquita habitat.
