Mental health needs to accepted and freely and openly shared. No more 'shusshing' or lowering our voices, or embarrassment of something not chosen. We can do this together, but we need more 'than a village.'
To show that I am stronger than the stigma :)
I suffer from anxiety and depression and have tried to commit suicide multiple times and now that I am better I strive to support others who endure the same problems.
