Stigma causes shame, shame causes silence and silence hurts us all. 1 of 4 people live with mental illness. Stigma fighters, unite!
Because with all the crazy & bad going on in the world, it's nice to know there are still some organizations and people for the good.
I'm currently writing a research paper on mental illness/mental health stigma right now! This topic is important to me because it affects so many people and is not talked about enough. I wish I could wear it during my presentation in a couple weeks!
Mental illness stigma is crippling and we need to spread awareness and try and beat this stigma.
I AM stronger than the stigma and together we can all overcome. Mental illness does not define us.
