Happy to be able to support this fundraiser, as a person with Narcolepsy diagnosed 7 years ago. I've had symptoms for 20 years, it just took a very long time to get diagnosed. Hopefully others will not have to wait so long thanks to research!

I want to help others get answers and treatment more quickly and easily.

I started showing symptoms of narcolepsy when I was 14 years old but didn't get diagnosed until I was 30. Had I known about narcolepsy, I might have been diagnosed when I first started seeking answers when I was 20.

Jill Shirey 1 item + $25

I was diagnosed with narcolepsy (with mild cataplexy) 22 years ago.

My diagnosis of Narcolepsy w/o Cataplexy in 2016 was unexpected, but so helpful. I'd spent years thinking I was lazy, others still think that, but at least now I know and can educate others on what Narcolepsy is.

I was diagnosed with narcolepsy in the middle of earning my Bachelor’s degree. Quite the challenge that no one understood.
