About this campaign
For too long, symbols associated with a character I co-created have been co-opted by forces of oppression to intimidate black Americans. This character and symbol was never intended as a symbol of oppression. This is a symbol of a systematic failure of equal justice. It’s time to claim this symbol for the cause of equal justice and Black Lives Matter. —Gerry Conway

It's very important that the police are not associated with vigilantism & taking the law into their own hands. Police officers have sworn to uphold the law by being upstanding role models in our society and this symbol does not enforce that idea.
It’s a good campaign since not only is it supporting BLM, it’s calling out bad cops and taking a symbol away that they should never have rallied behind in the first place.
Hate seeing people use the skull for the wrong reasons.
I've always been a fan of The Punisher as a character, loved his logo, and I care about black people.
