About this campaign
Bailey Lauret was unexpectedly called home on January 5th, 2021. The desire to be a missionary was placed on his heart while attending a Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) mission trip to Mexico. He was in awe of the way missionaries interacted with students and how well they invested in them. Because of this, he was called to evangelize as a FOCUS missionary, working with his team based on the University of Memphis Campus in Memphis, Tennessee.

Even after Bailey has passed on, he is still positively affecting lives. As I share his life story with friends at my college, many people have told me how much his story is affecting their relationship with God. His life is saving souls still.

I know I had drifted out of touch with Bailey but he was a wonderful man and provides a fantastic example of virtue to try to emulate. I miss him and I pray that I can be a good enough person myself to meet him again one day.
