About this campaign
I am saddened to pass on the news that my friend David left the planet this morning, March 3. Thank you to everyone who purchased a tee and donated to the fundraiser. It will help his girls — his wife Joanie and his daughter Rosanne — not have to think about money at this sad time. Bills are still pouring in and there will of course be final expenses. I thought of turning this off but have been encouraged to keep it going for his girls, so I will.

I am a longtime admirer who also was in personal correspondence with Dave some years ago where we discussed him guesting on my record.
I don't know David Lindley's music extremely well, but everything I heard was wonderful. A musician's musician, in it for all the right reasons.
I've enjoyed Mr. Dave's music for many years, from his time with Jackson Browne to his solo career. Such a talented multi-instrumentalist!
We love David Lindley.
David Lindley entertained with the best of them ever. Twango Bango Delux is one of the best live albums from a duo EVER.
Besides the Jackson Browne shows that I got to go to in the 80’s and 90’s I had the opportunity to go see Mr. Lindley numerous times at the Spirit in SLO and the Old Port Inn in Avila Beach. What a show he put on with El Rayo-X!
