I have it
Like Kenneth Gregor, I am a big believer in exercise or at least staying as active as you can. That old phrase, "don't let the old man in" is pretty apropos.
my husband has SFN
9 years ago, peripheral neuropathy entered my life. I had to quit playing handball, but continued to cycle. I found exercise essential in managing neuropathy. On January 25, 2023 I cycled 100,000 miles, 25,000 of which, since being diagnosed with PN.
I have mgus neuropathy. I will be sending you a check in the mail in the next few weeks like i did last year. Jerry
I was diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy one year ago. I had never heard of this disease and neither has anyone Ive told about it including one of my doctors!! It was shocking to learn how little can be done for those suffering from PN.

I suffer with nerophathay every second of my life. The pain never goes away.
I am afflicted by this disease and have a terrible time walking w/o losing my balance. I am not troubled by severe pain, but every so often I will get some stabbing pains in my toes. It seems so weird bc my feet are numb and yet the pains are real.
