About this campaign
The mission of SAVE is to end the starvation and abuse of the pack animals on the Havasupai reservation; to elevate these animals to their rightful place in the Havasupai culture and all cultures as sentient beings that deserve compassionate care and respect for their service to human beings.
The abuse of the pack animals on the Havasupai reservation in Grand Canyon is decades long, systemic and it is torture. These pack animals need everyone to pay attention to their suffering. Every witness needs to speak out and make formal complaints. The solution lies with the public. Anyone considering a trip to Havasupai Falls must know that using the pack animals makes you complicit in the abuse.
Please practice responsible tourism, DO NOT use the pack animals.

I am Vegan. I abhor ANY torture/rape/abuse/murder of ANY animal. I wouldn't mind the perpetrators being tortured and abused, however. Van we make that happen?!

I believe in the right of every member of God's Animal Kingdom the gift of freedom and peace and I refuse to be a party to the intentional abuse, neglect or murder of an innocent, sentient being. These horses deserve respect, care, healing and love.
