5K Challenge

"I lead a Well-Being Team at my company which is focused on helping employees lead more active, healthy, fulfilling lives. We recently sponsored a "Virtual 5K" as a challenge to get employees up and moving. We had 210 participants in 10 different countries around the world walk or run a 5K during the same week in September. Participants then shared pictures of themselves before, during, or after the event.
