"The Young Adult Heart Foundation (YAHF) held it's second annual Hearts Healing Hearts 5K. The founder of YAHF, Maria Legatt (middle of pic) had a heart transplant two years ago and started the organization to help young adult heart patients going through hard times. YAHF has established several grants and scholarships and hosts online support communities for young adult heart patients. The cousins in this picture have not seen each other in person for 20 years! When they were all little they all looked alike. Now that they have been reunited, they are excited to spend time together and help spread the word about YAHF."
