"On Sept. 29, 2013 at the Duck Pond in Ridgewood, NJ the CHD Coalition held its 6th annual Awareness Walk for those born with a Congenital Heart Defect. Our family and friends all came out to support our son Ryan who was born with a very rare form of CHD. At 10 months old Ryan underwent Open Heart Surgery. He is 17 years old now. Awareness to the many kinds of CHD is crucial in finding answers. Custom Ink has played a huge role year after year in getting our message out there. The shirts we purchase each year are of the highest quality and comfort. Everyone wants one of our shirts and are excited to see what slogan we have chosen.
