"Jake was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes over 4 years ago at 6. He is an amazing little boy - serves at church, great grades in school, does Jujitsu and wins championships. Type 1 does not slow this kiddo down. I know Jake from church and his mom is my friend. We had a busy year and ordered our shirts later than normal - with only 10 to spare. We got them 1 day earlier than we paid and everyone loved them. Although our design was simple it was what Jake wanted and that is most important. "
