"This photograph shows the four teams (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades) who represented Lake George Elementary School in the Battle of the Books. Each team read 10 books in 5 months - 5 fiction and 5 non-fiction - and then competed in a quiz bowl style competition. Our 6th grade team were Champions! Our t-shirt ideas came from our 6th graders, who requested arm wrestling books with feather headresses, since our school's mascot is the Warrior. My husband sketched the logo and my brother-in-law vectorized it and it was ready to go! Custom Ink made the rest of the process quick and easy and our teams loved their shirts. THANKS AGAIN!!
