"I called CustomInk in a panic on a Wednesday morning after I'd placed with another company & couldn't reach a human to confirm the order and delivery date for 2 days. Our Norman, OK running group had admittedly placed the order at the 11th hour, so every minute counted. I basically lost 2 days with the other company. We needed/wanted our shirts by Saturday morning to wear at a run in honor of a fellow runner who'd just donated a kidney to a friend's daughter. CustomInk was simply incredible to work with from start to finish ensuring we received our order in time and following up with us. Our group is grateful! We will order from CustomInk again!! After our run, we showered, washed our shirts, and went to see Patti (the donor) and gave her a shirt. It was a great moment!! "
