"Our shirts were for my school's annual Dig Pink event which raises money that goes towards stage 4 breast cancer research and promotes awareness of breast cancer throughout the school. Since my school is an all-girls school, breast cancer is always a major topic of discussion during the month of October (breast cancer awareness month). The Side-Out Foundation always relies on my school to donate a large sum every year. This year our fundraising goal was $700, and we raised over $1,200! This picture is of the seniors on the Varsity Volleyball team who organized the Dig Pink event this year. "
