"Our shirt was named after the chronic nature of Crohn's disease. This year I was the adult honored hero for the CCFA NYC Take Steps walk on May 12th at the Seaport in Manhattan. I have lived with Crohn's disease more than half of my life and have had 7 GI surgeries. This summer I spent most of the hospital and my world was permanently rocked. This has given me more determination to help find a cure. Someone I know posted daily illustration on FB that made my day. I approached her to illustrate my team shirt. CustomInk was one of just a few that even handle printing non vector art. They made sure everything came out perfect with color and design and making it easy for me. Please read my story So I continue to raise awareness for a cause so personal and about the walk for which I continue to raise funds
