What age ranges do youth sizes cover?

Most of our youth shirt styles are available from 2T (toddler) through Youth XL (typically fitting ages 14-16 or so, depending on the brand). Some styles also offer Youth XXL. Size charts on each product page will give you exact measurements to help you choose correctly for your group.

Can I mix youth and adult sizes in one order?

Yes, absolutely. You can combine adult and youth sizes within a single order at Custom Ink. This is especially useful for family events, school groups, and youth sports teams where parents and kids are all getting the same design.

Are youth t-shirts made from safe materials?

Yes. Our youth t-shirt options are made from materials that meet standard safety requirements for children's apparel. Most are made from 100% cotton or soft cotton blends, which are breathable, washable, and durable for active kids. Check individual product pages for specific fabric composition details.

What brands carry kids t-shirt styles?

We offer youth cuts from brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Port & Company, Hanes, and more. Each brand's youth line is designed specifically for kids' proportions — not just scaled-down adult shirts.

What designs work well for youth shirts?

Bright colors, fun graphics, and age-appropriate designs. Kids appreciate cool-looking shirts they're proud to wear.

Can we order youth shirts for sports teams?

Yes. Many youth leagues and teams order custom shirts or jerseys in proper youth sizing.

What's the minimum order for custom kids t-shirts?

Many kids t-shirt styles have no minimum order requirement or a low minimum. This makes them practical even for small groups or individual orders. Check the specific product page for minimum quantity details.

What are popular uses for custom kids t-shirts?

Custom youth tees are popular for school spirit events, K-12 fundraisers, summer camps, youth sports leagues, family reunions, birthday parties, and field trips. They're also great as team uniforms for recreational leagues and as school store merchandise.
