First time using custom ink and it was fairly easy. Sometimes the sizing of the font on the product can be deceiving on the picture. I have to pull out my ruler. Over all great experience and will be ordering again.

Process is easy, but the picture is deceiving. The patch is too small on the hat and it's hard to read the logo. Not sure if I would order again. I do want a reliable shop to take care of my business's merchandise.
