This was my first order with Custom Ink. I could not be more satisfied. The website was easy to use I loved the immediate feedback I received when I uploaded the image for the tote bag. I was able to make the needed adjustments without delay and the bag looks beautiful!

I'm a long time customer and can't say enough positives about Custom Ink! My tees are always spot on! CI's art team is great at making my uploaded artwork even better. My order was delivered pretty quickly. Would be better to pack women's shirt sizes separate from the men.

I've been happy with all of my previous orders. This order, however, had a shirt that was printed off center. I've requested a replacement, but I've not heard back from Custom Ink. They've not acknowledged the mistake or my request for a replacement. I find it odd that I'd receive a survey before a resolution. It's hard to give positive results when my order is wrong.
