This order was disappointing. The support rep was dishonest and tried to pressure me into finalizing the sale before I was ready - I had to check on some other inventory first. He told me if I didn't order it that night, I'd have to upgrade to 30% shipping. I was able to process it the next night, at 15% rush and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The quality of the print also wasnt that great b this time around. The color was darker than my first batch, and the logo wasn't as crispy.

It's a good service, somewhat expensive for small orders. I generally design my own tees since I don't like what's out there, so my order quantities are quite small. The design features on Custom Ink are pretty bases. For example, there does not appear to be a way to change the shape of the print - it has to always be rectangular or square. But otherwise, I have enjoyed the service and the ability to design my own tees.

I was very happy with my experience with custom ink. I did get an alert from the picture I sent that it may come out blurry or pixelated and it turned out great. I will be ordering more in the future but wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with the finished product before I ordered more and I’m more than happy.
