Design and selection were rather easy. A nice assortment of sports images to pick from. When I discovered I made an error in the design customer service helped my fix things. The received hoodie looks just like what was designed.

I was so amazed by the customer service!! I ordered a hoodie with an image on the back. The image background was black so a rep CALLED ME to ask if I wanted the background a full black or did I want the image only on the back. NO ONE from ANY company has ever called to make sure my images come out the way I want. I have used other sites before but I will NEVER shop around again. Custom Ink delivered an amazing product with the best customer service I've ever experienced with an online order. Thanks again to the nice lady who called me!!
