I've used custom ink twice. The first time I used it, the location of an image was in the wrong location. Contacted customer service and they took care of it. Ordered two more shirts and they were good. This last time I ordered a different design and the ink quality wasnt that good. It looked faded, thin, or blurry in some areas. Had the same design done to a hat and it came out perfect.

Chatted with questions about softness and shrinkage of various t-shirt options and asked for shirts in the same price range as the one I had previously selected. We went back and forth with several questions and I was pleased with answers, then found that the cost of the recommended shirt was approx $5 more per shirt than the one I had in my cart. I went ahead with upgrading the shirt choice, but it felt a little like a bait-and-switch. The shirts were already over budget and this made them even more so for our small group of students. Disappointed in that. Also, chat response time was long, so that added to the frustration of finding out the cost increase later in the chat. Rush fee was reasonable and they came by the date needed/promised; I was happy about that.

Custom Ink was fantastic to work with! They reviewed my proposed design quickly and even suggested a small correction that made it even better—I absolutely loved their input. The whole process was smooth, production was fast, and the shirts shipped out right on time. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend!
