I ordered the black Sharpie S-Gel pen with our company name screen printed in Bright Red on the side. And as much as I love the pen, I was very disappointed in the screen printing. The bright red does not stand out and it looks faded on the pen. Do not always trust the picture on your computer screen to come out looking exactly like you see it. I wish I could return these and choose a new color. Now... I was pleased with the customer service I had while working through a shipping issue. The gentleman helping was great! But, overall, I am not sure I would use Custom Ink again.

Since I don't order in bulk, the price is a bit steep for 2 tee shirts. Otherwise, they were delivered on time, and the ordering process was easy.

Printed image has bumps and the beginning of what looks like cracks (near the bumps). Resolution of image looks not very sharp either. Waste of money.
