The ordering process was extremely easy. The customer service was great. My logo was not ready to print - some tweaks needed to be made with colors and I used the chat feature on the website. The Custom Ink rep. on the other side was able to understand what I wanted and made the needed changes quickly without any problems. We received our tank tops before the expected date. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is the price. I paid $90 for 2 medium adult tank tops, but prices are up everywhere so I'm not totally sure it's a valid complaint. It was a very good experience overall and I will likely order again!

I've used Custom Ink a few times. This time a looked at other sites first but came back to Custom Ink because they are the only ones who had what I needed and allowed me to buy a single hat, which was understandably higher priced, but at least it was possible. I also paid for express shipping and that worked great. In the past I used the custom design tool pretty extensively and it is the best I've seen, providing a good balance of ease and flexibility. One note, pay attention to what you're ordering. I thought I was ordering embroidery because that word was highlighted in the description but it was actually saying embroidery was a different option.
