Unorganized. Detailed in my previous comment. Poor customer service and communication is hands down why I'll never order from here again.

This is our fourth time ordering from Custom Ink. We have used orther companies for our family reunion t-shirts. Custom Ink is by far the best. The experience has been great. Orders arrive on time. Delivery is fast, even regular delivery. Nevertheless, in the most recent order our product arrived with some sort of speckles all over. Had to wash the items twice before wearing, and still not clear. Thankfully it was a small order of two items. We have the flexibility or the quantity of items to print with no minimum. We have ordered 2 to 200 tshirts, and will order again.

My overall experience was good. And I would maybe order again.

Still waiting on customer service to followup with a refund or a solution.

Great site to configure your design with lots of good options. Tshirts seem to run very small (1-2 sizes)

The whole process was made very easy. The fit was true to size and was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s comfortable and I just love it. I will definitely use Custom Ink again for future endeavors.

I was happy with the help the representative gave me to get the design on the web site from the drawing I had. But the color on the moss green tee was very light, it should have been done in the black outline. That the orchid tee had. Maybe my mistake. But alittle disappointed because of that. Otherwise it was a good company to deal with. Helpful.
