It was very frustrating. I really wanted to like the whole process and company, but I was incredibly disappointed. My first interaction with customer service was wonderful, then it went downhill from there. I had at least four times where they were unable to print due to some reason (that the initial person had not known/shared). There seems to be room for improvement in not being able to order/click because of either: not being able to print on that style t-shirt, a notice popping up stating if it's a University logo - there are certain steps to follow (to know this before ordering), etc. It just seemed like a chaotic process.
