I've had a few instances of bad luck with other vendors having an item listed as in stock and then finding out after I submit an order that there is no stock or limited sizes available. So extremely discouraging, but my experience with Custom Ink was the opposite - customer service also quick to respond and dealt with all my repetitive questions of stock/quantity so kindly and very clearly ensuring me my order will be fulfilled. Also learned that they update their in stock quantities on the website in real time (other vendors DO NOT). And I had a revision to my order after purchasing that they also handled so efficiently. Top tier!
