I've used Custom Ink for orders both moderate in size and one-offs. Their customer service is what we all hope customer service will be. They do everything in their power to ensure there won't be problems, but in the very rare instance that something does go awry, they will make it right.

Super fast! More than a week before original estimate. Love the result! Only minor complaint-- image was slightly smaller than I expected , and shirt not quite as soft as I expected for 100% cotton. Haven't washed it yet, though. With image size adjustment on website, perhaps consider adding an exact measurement for each image. Overall, extremely satisfied!

I told about 5 people just this past Saturday about the shirt and your company. I usually tell the people who compliment my shirts (many) that the process at Custom Ink is easy to use and priced competitively with pre-messaged shirts. I only wish the delivery cost was less. I cannot complain about the cost of the shirt, the number of characters I use, the multiple colors price, the availability of using different messages on front and back, and the backup help of online or phone help. I would not consider using another source for my "bulletin board" shirts!

Overall had a so-so experience. The website feels like it hasn't been improved or updated in a decade and is super clunky to use, including the order process which forces you to do everything manually and in a very complicated fashion. Most of the products received were OK, but between one of four shirts being damaged, and print placement not seeming true to the digital proofs received, I would be hesitant to order regularly from here.
