The problem, in essence, is that you are offered dozens of tshirt brands and materials, but there is no way to gauge how they fit (fitted, baggy), how they are cut (there they taper, where they have room), and the durability of the material. We went with a Hanes tshirt, thinking it would be a good, durable material, and it was not. The website spent much more time trying to convince us that the resolution of our graphic was not high enough (it turned out fine) than it did about helping us determine what actual type of shirt to pick. In the end, we have now spent over $50 on something that we can't use. We have asked for a credit to try again, but so far that has been ignored.

Great customer service and everything arrived earlier than expected. I had an issue with one of my designs (I needed to change something) and they were able to address it quickly. Will definitely use them again.
