It's very easy to work with Custom Ink! We had an issue with our order last year and their telephone customer service was very responsive and efficient. Our problem was solved with one phone call. This year, when uploading our artwork, there was an unexplained line that appeared on one side of the logo. I was able to contact them via the chat option, explain the issue, have it acknowledged by them, and corrected. Additionally, the person I was chatting with (not a bot!) asked if he could make our logo a bit bolder. I said yes, and within minutes, had a proof with the line erased and the logo emboldened. Everything took less than 10 minutes, and I was able to do other work on my laptop while communicating with Custom Ink via chat.
