The customer service at Custom Ink was TOP NOTCH and fully human driven which I particularly appreciated. I paid extra for rush shipping, and was scared that would backfire, but it was actually delivered three full days ahead of schedule! The product looked fantastic and was incredibly soft. I am genuinely thrilled with my experience and did not think I would be so motivated as to leave any review, let alone a glowingly positive one. I absolutely plan on ordering from Custom Ink again.

Printing Error on Recent T-Shirt Order - Immediate Attention Needed Dear Custom Ink Customer Service, I recently received my T-shirt order, and unfortunately there is a printing error that needs to be addressed immediately. The design was supposed to read "Dream Big Clothing," as it has for the past 18 years that I have been ordering this same design. Instead, the shirt was printed with "Dream Big Clothings." I have been a loyal customer for nearly two decades, consistently ordering under the name Dream Big Clothing, and I have never experienced an issue like this before. Given my long-standing relationship with your company, this mistake is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Accuracy is very important to my brand, and an error like this reflects poorly on my business. I expect a prompt resolution, whether that be a corrected reprint at no additional cost or another appropriate solution. Please let me know how you plan to fix this matter as soon as possible. I look forward to your immediate response.

Custom Ink was amazing. They designed, manufactured and shipped my item all in one day. I received my order two days after I ordered and two days before the scheduled delivery date. I’d order from them 10x over.

Very easy to design and order. My ONLY complaint is that I wish my image could have been larger, but I was limited on how much I could expand it. However, the quality was excellent and the entire process very simple.
