The printing was very small compared to the sample picture and the area on the ball for the printing. I think the printing barely takes up half of the surface area available for the printing. I am not sure why you couldn't have made it bigger like the picture used in the advertisement. I would love to chat with a real person because if you can make it bigger, I would love to order 100 more.
