Will definitely be ordering more hats from Custom Ink for my business. Hats turned out better than I expected and have had many compliments and individuals asking for one. Great experience

My experience with Custom Ink was great. We decided on this item last minute so we needed a fast turn around which we got with them. The deadlines were met to the date/time. Shipping was fast as well.

Customer service was prompt and courteous. One thing I expected more of was the quality of the print. It was white and you could see the color of sweatshirt underneath the print. I would’ve paid more (upgrade) for a thicker white print. In my experience, the lighter print will not hold up well when washing it. I don’t want the nice block print to start fading or breaking down.

The customer service team was so helpful in explaining something I didn't understand.

Very pleased!

I am very satisfied with the shirt that I received after designing it in a couple of minutes online with their graphic creation tool! It looks exceptional and the shirt is good quality and the fit runs just about right. I ordered a Medium size, so a good size to judge that.

Terrible customer service. Company shipped incorrect item that arrived past original due date. After three calls, company made replacement order that was incorrect color. Proper replacement was assured on time. After waiting three more days, company advised that replacement would be three days past the already late assured on time delivery.
