The customer service is good and the company sends alot of reminder emails to complete your order if you dont. My order arrived on time and was accurate, but the shirts looked more vibrant on the site.

This hat IS NOT "low profile" - it's a standard "mid profile" hat, so the fit for me was misleading and not what I was looking for. The quality of the hat (fabric, color, and snapback) and the printing was awesome.

Box was not fully sealed and arrived a little banged up. The print of the artwork - which was uploaded and printed by competitors on other products - was discolored in comparison to the artwork. A few cups were broken and unable to use.
