The product is high quality and met my expectations. My only issue was that when shipping to Hawaii the shirts arrived 4 days later than expected and I was only able to pick them up the day before my event, which did worry me that they wouldn't arrive in time.

I had never ordered from Custom Ink before, but their website was well designed and I had control over the design myself, though it wasn't a complex design, with just wording being required. The turnaround time was quick and the product is very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them.
