Website seemed to be confusing. Took me a little bit to figure how to change shirt type and quantity.

I ordered multiple shirts of the same garment style, all approved from proofs. When they arrived, the print placement was inconsistent across shirts in the same order and did not match the approved proofs. I documented measurements, provided photos, and referenced industry-standard placement practices. Despite clear evidence and acknowledgment of internal variance, the company refused to correct or reprint the items. The result was an unusable order and a complete loss of the purchase cost. I will not be using this company again and do not recommend them.

The folks a Custom Ink could not have been nicer. I had questions with designing the shirt and simply picked up the phone for some help. They were so great and so friendly. And I am extremely pleased with the results. Shipping was quick and timely. Could not ask for more. Never ordered from them before (they were a referral from a colleague) and am now a huge fan. Would certainly order from them again.
