This is my second year working with Custom Ink. Last year, I met with company associates in person and worked our modified design of the Gildan shirt. We then reviewed the draft and upon my approval, Custom Ink executed the printing. For our 2026 convention, we retained the same design, shirt and color. This time I worked the order by telephone and computer. I received our 50 shirts consisting of 4 different sizes in about a week!! Excellent job. And yes, the staff is great to work with.

it was fairly easy to design right on their website (i didn't need to go to Canva). The final product was true to the design and of high quality. It arrived faster than promised (though the tracking was off).
