My entire experience with Custom Ink was amazing! I liked how easy it was to navigate their website and create a custom design. When I did have a question the support was 10/10! Polite, personal and extremely helpful. The hats came a day prior to the estimated shipping day, which was great. And the quality of my hats are great! I haven't tried on the sweatshirt yet so I don't know how it fits (if it runs small, true to size or runs large). The only reason I gave a 6 on the digital printing is because on 1 of the sweatshirts the printing was slightly off. The left side was slightly lower than the right side. It didn't happened on all of them, just that one. Hopefully when the student wears it, it won't be noticeable. Otherwise, everything was great. After I ordered the sweatshirts, they came at the end of the next week which I thought was pretty fast.
