Unfortunately the quality is just not what I was expecting for the items purchased. The cuff of the sweater was not sewn on one side and the lettering is already flaking off without even being washed

We picked Custom Ink to create a shirt for our family trip to celebrate my dad’s retirement. We loved the ability to get a small number of items at various sizes. We also loved the ability to upload our own custom design - I had each family member send me a doodle to add to the design. The only disappointment from our order is that the placement of the front design on the youth sized shirts ended up almost halfway down on the left rather than left chest as in the proof. The adult sizes turned out as expected.
