I had reached out to make a small edit to the design, and a customer service agent replied. However, in the midst of our communication, I got an email that no further edits will be accepted since the product had gone into production. I was extremely disappointed that the production began before I had finished my conversation with the agent.

Thank you so much. I created digital image with ChatGPT. My wife loved it. And secretly uploaded image to the site, picked the garment to be placed on. Made the payment, received the gift. It was so wonderful. I presented it to my wife early of Christmas. She loved it.
